Renewal of "Mashov" website.
An online school management system designed to provide students and their parents with comprehensive academic and behavioral information. The platform will offer detailed insights into student performance, including grades, conduct and subject-related updates. By granting parents access to this information, we aim to foster a collaborative partnership between school and home.

The problem:
Inefficient communication creates a barrier between students and teachers. Information is scattered across the school website, bulletin boards, emails and private chat groups, making it difficult for students to find what they need. teachers use various channels to reach students, leading to missed messages and confusion. Additionally, not all students have equal access to these channels, creating a digital divide and hindering a sense of community.
The solution:
"Mashov" is a centralized platform that brings together all relevant information for students and teachers, facilitating efficient and accessible communication. The website encompasses a schedule, class recordings, an exam calendar, faculty information, class WhatsApp groups, and more. It utilizes a modern and minimalist design, featuring bright colors, high contrast, clear typography, and multimedia content .The website prioritizes ease of use and intuitiveness, catering to both students and teachers, while considering individual preferences and varying usage habits.

Usability Testing
Through usability testing, I was able to identify and address several challenges faced by users. For example, I discovered that students struggled to locate specific lecture recordings for each subject. To improve this, I implemented a structured search feature with a carousel display. The carousel presents all subjects and within each subject, recordings are organized chronologically. This enhancement significantly improved the ability of students to quickly find the content they need.
